From 1. 1. 2017 we are richer with a new HF band 60m!

At the ongoing International Radiocommunication Conference 2015 in Geneva (WRC-15), it was on 18. 11. decided at the afternoon plenary, that from 1. 1. 2017 a short 15kHz segment in the 60m band will be allocated worldwide also the remaining IARU regions. And specifically between 5351.5 – 5366.5 kHz at limited power 15 W ERP (regions 1 a 3) and it will be a secondary service. 60m band can be used from 2003 in several other countries, such as the USA, Great Britain, countries of Scandinavia and others with power between 15-25W ERP.)
