Satellite CAMSAT XW-3 (CAS-9)
On December 25 2021 the launch of the CAMSAT XW-3 satellite is being prepared (CAS-9), which will work as 145/435 MHz linear transponder. The dimensions of the satellite are 340,5 x 121,76 x 99,8 mm and weight approx 10 kg. Four solar panels will charge the on-board batteries. It will use the transponder in both bands 1/4 antenna.
CAMSAT XW-3 (CAS-9) contains
- CW telemetry beacon on 435,575 MHz with a power of 20dBm and a CW speed of 22wpm
- GMSK telemetry beacon on 435,725 MHz with a power of 23dBm and a transmission speed of 4800bps
- I / O linear inverting transponder with uplink frequency: 145,870MHz and downlink frequency 435.180MHz with bandwidth 30 kHz at power 20 dBm
