Mike Watanabe JH1KRC provided information that Japanese VHF radio amateurs will be able to for EME connections to use the huge 32-meter Cassegrain dish located in the QM06 locator. Operation on 144, 432, 1296 and 5760 MHz CW, SSB and JT65. So far, about twenty radio amateurs will be allowed to operate. It should start in February-March 2007.
