The STSPROJECT.NET team is preparing the launch of the amateur stratospheric balloon STS-1. The start will take place on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at 9:00 UTC (11:00 our time) at the Považany football field (near Nové Mesto n. Váhom).
The balloon will carry cargo, which will contain, in addition to two miniature cameras, a camera and meteo sensors, two radio modules that will transmit position and telemetry in the following way:

434.650 MHz, 10 mW, USB, RTTY, 425 Hz shift, 300 Bd, 7bit, none, 1 stopbit - more details about the decoding method can be found here
144.800 MHz, 300 mW, FM, APRS – under the brand name OM2AMR-11
The balloon should rise to a height of approx. 35,000 m, after the balloon bursts, the cargo will return to the ground by parachute.
