Poll ”The future of VHF competitions in Slovakia”

Dear friends amateur radio,

The current conditions of VHF races prefer only one group of stations. This group of stations produces excellent results and a good name for the whole of Slovakia. On the other hand, a chance to win, or a good position in the VHF race, only stations with performance on the border of the permit conditions and the remaining stations have (LP and QRP) they are only extras in the score sheet (corps of statisticians). Paradoxically, stations using lower power are in the majority, despite this, they have no chance of winning and not even a serious ranking among equals. We think, that it is necessary to change this state. Therefore, we will organize a survey in the near future, which will aim to address VKV competitors and find out their opinion on the future of VKV races in Slovakia. The survey will be non-anonymous and other concessionaires will be able to participate, because they are potential VKV competitors.

Survey participants will be contacted via e-mail, of, those who do not have internet will be contacted by letter. You need to prepare a website with a non-anonymous survey, promote the conduct of the poll on the Internet, OM9HQ reports, get contacts of competitors, who do not have access to the Internet, so that all those are really addressed, who are not indifferent to the future of VKV racing. Therefore, please "stay tuned" and we will inform you in time about the start of the survey.
