I made an overview of the sums mentioned by Roman and I think that I have worked out the result that all of you should have done before the convention in Pov. Bystrica.
I tried to put it on paper responsibly, comprehensibly and clearly, and above all with the confidence that I will finally get a well-founded answer to these results, because they are of interest not only to me, but to the wide amateur community. I'll start like this:

For non-payment by the given date and for a delay of 3
months we paid DU around (as Roman writes)...
95,415.- Sk - In April, DU charged us a penalty for non-payment
taxes in due time, the amount of Sk 2,888,690.
This one was discounted DU by 50% and we only paid…

like a fluffy blanket, so that it is possible to arrive at a real deficit
in the management of the previous presidium and also with the current presidents in ours
SZR for the last 4 years. And this is how our representatives did not know
warn the public before the convention. Instead of making
their duties regarding the flow of money in the accounts and in the cash register, they followed
those delegated powers to the Secretary which they had no time for in their own
meeting and playing "just" around their interests.
I was forced to work this out after this morning's debate on the 80m band, where I was even convinced that at my 70 years of age, it's no wonder that I was acquitted. So, Števko, Kurt and Tony, look for more than three quarters of a million, which according to your documents, you are missing. And I want to tell you, Tonko, since I am one of those named gentlemen you ask what they did in the 13-30 years. I give you the answer for myself:
I was at the convention in both R. Sobota and P. Bystrica, and I know what I wrote and am writing about.
I have only been to the Tatras twice since the beginning. It is far for me and on such a deadline that it does not suit me with the weather and I will double financially.
From 1958 I represented the West Slovak region in high-speed telegraphy and ROB in Braník, in Klánovice, in Seč u Chrudim, in Gottwaldov, in Krpáčová and God knows where else, for at least ten years and quite successfully. Maybe that also inspired the long-time national champion Ing. Vanka and others - Želiška, Hamar, etc., who started working on high-speed telegraphy. And they have achieved and are still achieving excellent results in representing Slovakia on KV bands under the OM7M brand.
For 17 years, I trained conscript radio operators for the army in Partizánské and reservists in the Topolčice barracks as an activist. I was rewarded with the badge exemplary trainer and the badge For self-sacrificing work II. degree. That was back when some of the presidium peed in their T-shirt pants. And I did that even when the All-Union Bolsheviks took away my concession. I did not begrudge radio amateurs.
OM7M has been working for two years, that is the OM3KAP collective with an antenna mast 33 m high, and for the last 13 m it has been rotating with antennas at 21 MHz and without anchoring the mast. I developed and calculated the complete drawing documentation and supervised and arranged the production of exposed parts. And without any claim to financial reward. The value of the documentation is approx. 35-40 thousand. Sk.
I worked out and calculated another mast 35 m high, on which a trolley will walk from the bottom to the top, and on the top there will be an antenna on a 20 m boom for the 7 MHz band, with everything that belongs to it and without anchoring the mast. The value of the documentation is also approx. 40 thousand. Sk. I did copyright supervision during the production and also without any remuneration. I do it so that our younger ones will have something left after me and they can successfully represent Slovakia all over the world. And you know very well that they do it successfully even without the help of SZR.
So this is how one of the gentlemen you were curious about is having fun. I'm not just chirping here with some ramblings about what the expedition is like and where John will be traveling and for how much. After all, this can also be seen in DXCC. And if I wrote how many people are interested in it in both republics, maybe ten more or twenty less. But if all of you who were elected to the leadership took care of what was entrusted to you, these embarrassing discussions and arguments would not have happened. And you can't beat it all the time. When you don't care about radio clubs, you only register them, at least take good care of the financial resources until they are completely exhausted and only what remains is what we have been converging on for the last 4 years, i.e. j. wooden fig. I want to believe that once everything will be put in order. But please be aware that until the entire economic agenda of the SZR is clarified, you will not have confidence in me. At least not with me. Don't be angry with me for my honesty. I know I'm getting on your nerves.
