The Czech Radio Club has published a draft of new regulations in the OK. It is not just a matter of clarifying and supplementing the existing MDS decree no. 201/2000 Coll., but also with several significant changes. For example, there would be two new operator classes for youth and an increase in power in classes D and C to 300W. Current Class C operators would automatically move to Class B upon approval….
