Another AMSAT satellite – ECHO – should be launched from Baikonur in Kazakhstan on June 29th around 6:30 UT, despite the fact that sufficient funds have not yet been collected for the launch. The TX0 transmitter on the frequency 435.155 MHz should be the first to use the 9k6 Pacsat protocol during a flight over the east coast of the USA on June 29. If all tests are successful, the transmitter will turn off before the end of the flight.
Telemetry can be decoded on the Windows platform with a program from the Telemetry Specification 1.2 page. The most recent Keplerian pre-flight data are as follows:
