At the end of each summer, the town of Holice in the Czech Republic hosts an event that the OK1KHL Radio Club has been organizing since 1991 – the International Meeting of Radio Amateurs. In 2026, its 36th year will take place, on Friday and Saturday, August 21 and 22. The meeting was sponsored by the mayor of Holice, Mgr. Ondřej Výborný, and the Czech Radio Club. The motto of this year's event is simple: in Holice for the 36th time!
The meeting is one of the largest amateur radio events in Central Europe. The total attendance has been around 4,000 participants for a long time. Interest comes not only from the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but also from Poland, Germany, Austria and other countries - which confirms the international nature of the event.

Venue
The meeting traditionally takes place in the vicinity of the Cultural House and Sports Hall in Holice at Holubova 768, 534 01 Holice. Coordinates of the entrance to the area: 50°4'14.488″ N, 15°59'18.684″ E.
Content of the meeting
The program covers several parallel sections located in the halls and clubhouses of the Cultural House, the Karel Malich Elementary School of Arts (ZUŠ) and the adjacent area.

Accompanying program and Radio Club of the Czech Army
The Radio Club of the Army of the Czech Republic and the Agency for Communication and Information Systems will present the TITUS 6×6 wheeled armored communications vehicle, the MIL-SATCOM military satellite system, the dismounted soldier system, and the ARDOS mobile communication information set. A lecture on the ARDOS Project and cooperation between state administration and radio amateurs is planned.
In addition to lectures, the program includes presentations by domestic and foreign amateur radio organizations, the OK5H broadcasting center, a joint exhibition of electro and radio clubs at the elementary school, awarding of prizes, diplomas and cups for amateur radio and collecting activities and competitions, QSL service at the Czech Radio Agency stand, and internet access for the public with the option of connecting your own device via the WiFi network.

Amateur Radio Exchange
The auction takes place in the parking lot of the complex. Opening hours for the public: Friday 6:00–18:00, Saturday 6:00–17:00. The parking lot of the complex is reserved exclusively for the sale of amateur radio material.

The sales exhibition stands are located to the right of the sports hall in the Sokolovna building. Exhibition and sales markets with amateur radio goods and electrical engineering.

Information for sellers
The price of a 5 × 5 m amateur radio sales point in the parking lot is 760 CZK for both days. Basic sales points at the Art School, between the Cultural House and the Museum and in other designated areas have dimensions of 6 × 3 m and a price of 300 CZK/day. Any material can be sold in the basic areas in accordance with the Operating and Sales Regulations.
For unloading or loading goods, a deposit of 400 CZK is collected at the cash desk for the vehicle's entry into the area - valid for one hour. After this time, the deposit is non-refundable and the vehicle must leave or pay the parking fee and park in a designated place. The electricity connection can only be used with the organizer's permission at a price of 50 CZK per seller, and multiple sellers cannot be connected to one place. Transportation and parking
Due to the large number of participants, traffic and parking are regulated. Only vehicles with special permits (organizers, guests of honor, vendors) and vehicles going to the amateur radio exchange site after paying a fee are allowed to enter the area. Parking around the meeting point is regulated by traffic signs.
Parking is also possible in the area of the football stadium, which will be provided by SK Holice. The parking fee is 50 CZK/day. Contact the administrator: Mr. Faltys, tel. 603 819 126. Dogs are not allowed in the entire meeting area. Parking is free for holders of a ZTP 01 card (with car marking) and upon presentation of the card - only applies if they are not sellers at the flea market.
