Aj napriek mnohým obmedzeniam, ktoré COVID-19 prináša, tak Jamboree On The Air (JOTA) sa uskutoční 16.októbra 00.00 hod – 18.októbra 23.59 hod. Jamboree on the Air is an event during which boy and girl scouts from all over the world connect together using amateur radio stations, talk about their scouting experiences, exchange greetings and addresses. JOTA was held for the first time in 1958, and thanks to it, since then, many young people have learned more about scouting in other countries. Many friendships formed at JOTA continued by writing even after it ended. Scouts can join JOTA through stations that can be operated by radio amateurs with a broadcasting license.
