Shortwave operating assets – new conditions 2021 including UDC file for N1MM +
Shortwave operating assets or KVPA are races with a long tradition. The plant was founded by Josef Seidl, OK1TJ already in a year 1990. The intention was to hold a regular monthly meeting (not only) SCR members in the band, etc., The name was designated as KVPA = Shortwave Operating Assets. Josef was also the first evaluator. For a year 1991 the evaluation was carried out by Karel, OK1HCG, who took care of the race for a long time 20 years. Peter took over this baton after him, OK2CQR. To year 2021 is proceeding KVPA, Shortwave operating assets, with new conditions:
| Event time | The first Sunday of the month in in two stages – first stage from 07:00 do 07:30(including), second stage from 07:31 do 08:00 hours local time in the Czech Republic, the activity takes place simultaneously with any other races (here, international races take precedence over KV PA). Each year begins around January, ends around in December. |

| Scoring | Every valid connection is counted one point. Only this is recognized as a valid connection, which at the set time is correctly recorded using the call signs in BOTH recording stations with tolerance +/- 1 minutes. If a station does not send the log, then this connection is recognized only in that case, if this mark appears in the logs of other stations at least 3x . |

| Diaries | Diaries in format Cabrillo must upload via web interface no later than 7 days. If you are unable to upload the log, you can email it to petr@ok2cqr.com. It is not necessary to state the number of points. The evaluation program will calculate it for you. Files in a format other than Cabrillo will be rejected. If you are writing QSOs on paper, you can paste them manually into forms on the web. |
A few tips:
- if you are using a contest program, use the same configuration as for the CQ WPX
- always state the time in UTC in the log
- no new messages are received, Cabrillo format journals only, the self-evaluation is performed by the evaluation program
- respect hamspirit, ongoing DX traffic and international races and try not to disturb
