Unfortunately, the Leonid meteor shower peaked a few years ago, but according to some predictions it will still be pretty decent. The swarm consists of mostly larger particles moving at a speed of 71 km/s.
Leonid activity is from 14 to 21 November 2004, while the ZHR should exceed 50 at most. According to the latest forecasts, we can expect this on November 19 around 21:49 UT (Vaubaillon), but even the most famous meteor showers can surprise at any time.
Outside the maximum, the expected frequency is about 10 meteorites per hour. The most convenient connection times for these directions are: SW - NE: 01 - 05 UTC, E - W: 04 - 07 UTC, SE - NW: 06 -10 UTC and S - S: 23 - 04 and 07 - 11 UTC.
Good luck and nice connections!
