Vzhľadom na to, že pravidelný augustový KIKI kontest, ktorý sa tento rok konal pod názvom „Memoriál OK1AIR“, was favorably evaluated by the participants - and also because we felt the need to remember another well-known radio amateur who is no longer with us - the board decided KIKI klubu zaradiť v tomto roku medzi pravidelné kontesty ešte jeden závod.
Vyhlasujeme preto emergency plant – OK1AGA Memorial.
Jindra OK1AGA would have lived to be 70 years old this year, if he had not suffered an insidious illness five years ago. He was well known to all amateurs who ever visited the secretariat of the Czech Radio Club and personally met his enthusiasm and effort to help and advise everyone who needed this advice or help. He did a lot for the promotion of radio amateurs among the general public and in the environment of other sports and hobbies. Many radio amateurs also knew him from the military environment in Pilsen and Litoměřice.
Terms of the race:
Závod sa koná on Thursday 25 October 2007 from 18:00 to 20:00 UTC a bude prebiehať v dvoch etapách (obe na pásme 80 metrov):

Etapa: from 18:00 to 18:59 UTC - operation CW v rozsahu 3530 až 3570 kHz

Etapa: from 19:00 to 20:00 UTC - operation SSB v rozsahu 3720 až 3780 kHz
Výzva do závodu: „CQ KIKI" or "KIKI Contest Challenge"
Odosielaný kód: RST (alebo RS) + district call sign.
Foreign stations (except OK, OL, OM) transmit RST (RS) + poradové číslo spojenia.
It is possible to connect with the station v každej etape jedno spojenie.
Scoring:

for each complete connection with a station that sends a log to the evaluator - 3 body,
-
if the counter station does not send the log - 1 bod.
Násobiče: district call signs in each stage separately.
(It is a multiplier for potential foreign participants krajina DXCC.)
Bonus: for connecting to the same station in both stages of the race will be added ďalší násobič.
Hodnotenie: common to both stages (sum of points × number of multipliers).
