We announce that we will participate in honoring the memory of Zdena OK2ZW this weekend CQ WPX RTTY contestu under a special brand OL57ZW.
The race is dedicated to the memory and honoring of Zdena OK2ZW, who unexpectedly left us on January 4, 2021 at the age of only 57. For Zden, amateur radio was a hobby of everything and his greatest hobby in life, he was an excellent DX-man and KV / VHF competitor who achieved many excellent world results. In the past he also broadcast from Accra as 9G5ZW and Ankara as TA2ZW. He was a participant in several DX expeditions. Zdeno from our OL7M club has completed more than 10 races with us in recent years and he was our great friend and comrade, whose departure deeply affected us. He was also very active in the OL2R and OK5W teams. Who knew him, please remember him with us....
