From 
Holícky pohár is organized by the radio club OK1KHL and the city of Holice every last Saturday in April from 04:00 to 05:30 UTC in the 80 m band in the sections 3520–3560 kHz and 3700–3770 kHz. Operation: 2× CW and 2× SSB. Call for telegraphy: TEST HP, SSB prevádzkou VÝZVA HOLICKÝ POHÁR. Kód je RS alebo RST a okresný znak podľa územno-správneho členenia platného do konca roku 2001.
Kategórie: Mix (CW aj SSB prevádzka), CW, SSB a RP. Ďalej bude v kategóriách MIX, CW a SSB vyhodnotené samostatné poradie QRP stations (up to 5 W power). The competition is only for both OK and OM individuals, with the proviso that if a club station participates, it must be operated by only one operator.
Bodovanie: 1 point for each connection, you can work with each station only once during the race. Multipliers: district characters. The result is determined by simply multiplying the points and multipliers. In the event of a tie, the number of connections in the first 20 (or 40 or 60) minutes decides. Each participant who sends a diary for evaluation will receive a diploma and a list of results.
Stanica na prvom mieste v kategórii získa malý „Holícky pohár 2004“, stanica s najvyšším počtom bodov získa putovný „Holícky pohár“ for a period of one year. If the station becomes the absolute winner three years in a row, it gets a traveling cup for personal ownership.
