QSL z OM raritou? SM5CZQ – Kjell sa na mňa obrátil emailom, že nemôže vydolovať QSL z OM na 160m, ktoré potrebuje do DXCC a či postačí poštovné 2 USD. QSL požadoval za naše QSO on 160m from r. 2004. /I don't send QSLs from contests, but whoever asks for a ticket, 100% return./. After receiving this email, I sent him my QSL directly the next day without the right to pay postage. His reaction is worth it!!

From my experience OM-land operators are always good sounding and have a good reputation. So you are certainly one of them, hi. Sorry to say I don't know too much about your country.
