Using a skimmer in CQWW

Bob K3EST sa vyjadril ku čoraz častejšie vynárajúcej sa otázke – používaniu skimmera v CQWW conteste. Výklad contest Committe je, že:

• 

  skimmer and similar devices are allowed in the Multi-operator and Single-operator Assisted categories, if they are located within a radius of 500m from the station workplace

• the use of skimmers or remote-controlled receivers (e.g. via the Internet) that are more than 500m away from the station's workplace is not allowed
• výnimku tvoria Reverse beacon Network v kategóriách Multi-operátor a Single-operátor Assisted. Napríklad ak sa zúčastníte v kategórii Single-OP a využijete Reverse Beacon Network, musíte sa prihlásiť do kategórie Assisted
