YUDX contest 2025 – kompletné pravidlá a podmienky

YUDX contest is an annual amateur radio competition organized by the Amateur Radio Association of Serbia, which will take place during the last weekend of September. YUDX contest 2025 starts at 12:00 UTC on Saturday and ends at 12:00 UTC on Sunday. In the year it is September 27-28. The competition takes place in bands of 160, 80, 40, 20, 15 and 10 meters - WARC bands are not included. Here are the details you need to know if you're thinking about attending.

Categories and fashions

• Contestants can choose one of the main categories based on transmitter performance (High Power / Low Power / QRP).

• The categories are further divided by mode – CW, SSB, or mix (CW+SSB). This means that it is possible to compete exclusively in telegraphy, in phonics, or a combination of both.

• Another division is Single Operator (SO) – one operator, all bands, one station. It is not allowed to have multiple operators in this category.

• Multi Operator (MO) the category allows multiple operators to work in one competing station, often with multiple antennas or equipment, if the rules specifically include the possibility of multiple broadcasts.

Multipliers (multipliers)

• Stations outside YU: each DXCC country + each YU/YT district (for each band, regardless of mode)

  YU/YT stations: any DXCC country (on any band, regardless of mode)

• The total score is then calculated as the sum of points (QSO) multiplied by the total number of multipliers from all bands.

  Only accepted one log per station.

• Format Cabrillo can be sent via YUDXC website or by email to the address: yudx@yu1srs.org.rs.

• Deadline for handing in the diaries: to 10 days after the competition.

Awards

• Stations in first place in every category → plaque (minimum 5 journals in a category).

• All other participants → electronic certificate (e-certificate).

• The results will be published on YUDXC website,
  awards will be delivered by post or email.

Other rules

YUDX contest 2025

• 

  Participants in the category SB (Single Band) must include all QSOs, but only the indicated band is counted in the Cabrillo header.

• Duplicate Connections (DUPE) are not penalized – keep them in the diary.

• Maximum allowed deviation of time in the diary: 3 minutes.

• The new multiplier must be confirmed in at least 2 other journals, if not sent directly.

• DX cluster, skimmer and similar technologies are permitted, including self-spotting.

• Invalid QSO (wrong brand or replacement) sa they do not count.

• UNIQUE brand (appearing only once) sa they do not accept, unless the organizer has their diary available.
