Rules
1. Termín pretekov: 13.december 2008, 00.00 UTC – 14.december 2008, 24.00 UTC. Zodpovedá termínu konania ARRL 10 meter contest.
2. Any SWL anywhere in the world can participate in the competition.
3. Two categories:
A. Single operator – phone (SSB)
B. Single operator – CW
4. It is allowed to participate in both categories. In that case, they will use two separate journals.
5. From each country (outside the USA and Canada), each US state or Canadian province, only three stations represent a point gain: the first station 5 points, the second 3 points and the third 1 point.
6. The date (YYMMDD), UTC (HHMM), Station, RS(T) at SWL, DXCC (outside USA and Canada), US state or Canadian province is entered in the log. US and Canadian stations give the state or province abbreviation. Other stations sell a three- or four-digit code. Attention, these abbreviations are usually listed immediately after the brand, see the diary sample below.

7. Iba stanice zúčastňujúce sa ARRL 28MHz contest-u sú započítateľné ako násobiče a body.
8. Platí 5-minútové pravidlo: tá istá stanica sa môže zalogovať len raz v priebehu piatich minút

10. Denník musí byť odoslaný najneskôr do 31.januára 2009 na adresu contest managera: Ruud Ivens, NL290, Hittekamp 29, 3956 RE Leersum, The Netherlands, alebo e-mailom na NL290@amsat.org .
11. Email logs will only be accepted in the following formats: plain text, excel, word, html and Cabrillo.
12. The winner of each category (SSB, CW) will receive a prize and the winners in the countries will receive a diploma.
