On the occasion of the United Nations conference on climate change on Earth, the occasional station 5P15COP will work from December 7 to 18, 2009. Operators will be members of club station OZ5BAL. The equipment will be powered by alternative energy sources (solar and wind). Connections with 5P15COP will also count as IOTA EU-029.
