CQ World-Wide WPX CW contest will be held May 29-30, 2021 so začiatkom o 00.00 UT v sobotu a koncom o 23.59 UT v nedeľu. WPX contest sú celosvetové preteky založené na princípe nadväzovania spojení s čo najväčším počtom staníc s rôznymi prefixmi. Súťaží sa v pásmach 1.8, 3.5, 7, 14, 21 a 28 MHz módom CW. Pre tento ročník je v pravidlách several changes and for activity planning and band selection you can help statistics from the WPX activity map .
SSB: March 27-28, 2021 CW: May 29-30, 2021 Start: 0000 UTC Saturday End: 2359 UTC Sunday
I. Objective:
For stations all over the world to establish as many connections as possible with as many prefixes as possible during the race.
II. Hours of operation:
48 hours. Stations with one operator can work a maximum of 36 hours from total time 48 hours - breaks must be at least 60 minutes long of which no connection is entered. Stations with multiple operators can work a full 48 hours.

III. Bands:
Bands 1.8, 3.5, 7, 14, 21, and 28 MHz can be used. It is necessary to observe the valid band plans.
IV. EXCHANGE:
RS(T) report and connection serial number starting from 001 on first connection. Note: stations in the Multi-Two, Multi-Unlimited and Multi-Distributed categories number connection on each band separately (from 001).
V. RESULT:
A. Result: The final result is obtained by multiplying the number of points per QSO by the number of different prefixes (once per race, regardless of bands). B. Points for QSO: Connection with one and the same station is valid on each band once: 1. For connections between stations on different continents, three (3) points per bands 28, 21, and 14 MHz and six (6) points on 7, 3.5, and 1.8 MHz. 2. Connections between stations on the same continent outside one's own country are counted for one (1) point on the 28, 21, and 14 MHz bands and two (2) points on 7, 3.5, and 1.8 MHz. Exception: only for North American stations — for connections between stations in North America (both stations must be on the continent of North America) se count two (2) points on the 28, 21, and 14 MHz bands and four (4) points on the 7, 3.5, and 1.8 MHz. 3. Connections between stations of one's own country are counted as one (1) point regardless on bands. C. Multiplier: The multiplier is the number of valid prefixes with which it was linked connection, regardless of bands (one prefix applies only once). 1. PREFIX is a character combination of letters and numbers of the first part of the call sign. Examples: N8, W8, WD8, HG1, HG19, KC2, OE2, OE25, LY1000, etc. Any a different combination applies to a separate prefix. A station that works from another DXCC the country than has its original mark must use the mark for the transitional one broadcast as portable. The portable prefix must be with the authorized form for given country. In the case of such traffic, the prefix is the designation of the country portable operation. Example: N8BJQ operating from Wake Island will have a call sign N8BJQ/KH9 or N8BJQ/NH9. KH6XXX Ohio workers must use authorized prefix for district 8 (/W8, /AD8, etc.). Portable destination without digit will be taken as a prefix with the number zero (Ø) after the second letter of the prefix. Example: PA/N8BJQ will be taken as prefix PAØ. Also all call signs without digits they will be taken with the digit zero in the prefix after the first two letters of the call sign. Example: XEFTJW will be valid as XEØ. Maritime mobile, mobile, /A, /E, /J, /P, or other identifiers will not be taken as a prefix. 2. Participation with special occasional premiums is recommended, but they must be officially issued by the licensing authority of the given country.

VI. CATEGORIES:
The use of a DX cluster or similar system is allowed for everyone category with the exception of the Single Operator Classic Overlay category. A. Category one operator: One person (operator) performs all operational and recording activities. There is no limit to the number of band changes. At the same time only one transmission signal is allowed at a time. 1. One operator: HP – High power (all bands or one band): The total output power must not exceed 1500 watts. 2. One operator: LP – Low power (all bands or one band): The total output power must not exceed 100 watts. 3. QRP (all bands or one band): The total output power must not exceed 5 watts. B. One operator of category Overlay: Any operator in category one an operator who fulfills the given conditions can participate outside his category I one of the OVERLAY categories by adding a line in the file Cabrillo CATEGORYOVERLAY in the file header. The results of the Overlay categories will be listed separately for the categories all bands, HP, LP and QRP. 1. tribander/Single Element (TB-WIRES): Can during the entire race station to use only one tribander type antenna, which has one feeder for bands 10, 15, and 20 meters and for bands 40, 80, and 160 meters single-element antenna. Special antennas for reception are not in this category allowed. 2. Rookie (ROOKIE): The operator in this category must be a radio amateur with licenses no more than 3 years old. The license issuance date must be stated in SOAPBOX line in the Cabrillo journal header. The station that won any a plaque in the previous CQ races can no longer apply to this category. 3. Classic Operator (CLASSIC): An operator in this category can use only one device (tcvr) and it can work only 24 hours out of the total time of 36 hours – breaks must be at least 60 minutes, during which they must not no connection be established. If the diary contains more than 24 hours of operation, then the first 24 hours are counted. The use of assistance (dx cluster) is not allowed, special receiving antennas are also not allowed. C. Category of multiple operators (all bands only): For stations with more than by one operator. You can choose a category according to the number of transmitted signals or habitats. 1. One transmitter (MULTI-ONE): Only one transmitter is allowed at the same time signal. It is allowed to change the band a maximum of 10 times in one hour (from 00 to 59 minutes).Example: change from 20m to 40m band and back is taken as two band changes. Connections are numbered in ascending order regardless of band. a. HP – great power. The total output power must not exceed 1500 watts. b. LP - small performance. The total output power must not exceed 100 watts. 2. Dva vysílače (MULTI-TWO): Současně jsou povoleny dva vysílací signály on two different bands (two signals on one band are not allowed). The connection with the same station is valid only once on each band, regardless of which station establishes a connection with it. The log must contain for each connection indication of the transmitter with which the connection was established (column 81 v CABRILLO file for CQ plants). Each transmitter can within one hour change the band a maximum of 8 times (between 00 and 59 minutes). Connection on each band are numbered separately. The total output power of each of the two transmitters must not exceed 1500 watts. 3. Multiple transmitters (MULTI-UNLIMITED): A maximum of 6 simultaneous transmitters is allowed signals, one on each band. maximum of six transmitted signals, one per band, at any one time. Connections on each band are numbered separately. Total the output power of an individual transmitter must not exceed 1500 watts. 4. More transmitters more QTH (MULTI-DISTRIBUTED): Maximum is allowed six broadcast signals at the same time, one on each band, from stations in different QTH. All stations (transmitters, receivers, antennas, amplifiers) must be located in the same DXCC country and CQ zone, including possibly remotely controlled station. Connections on each band are numbered separately. Total output power of an individual transmitter must not exceed 1500 watts. Cabrillo newspaper header must contain the lines: CATEGORY-OPERATOR: MULTI-OP, CATEGORYSTATION: DISTRIBUTED. Rules X.E, X.F and X.G do not apply to this category. D. checklog: Journal for review. It is not scored and will not be public.
Competitors in the one band category can only receive a diploma for one band. The condition is operation for at least 4 hours. In the category of stations with more operators must work at least 8 hours. A. Plaques are issued in recognition of top results in multiple categories. The list of categories and their sponsors can be found on the website www.cqwpx.com/plaques.htm>. Each station can receive only one plaque. Category winner cannot receive another plaque, e.g. for the continent subcategory. Here he will receive the centenary in the next order, if the conditions of the number of stations for awarding the plaque are met. B. Diplomas: Electronic diplomas will be downloadable for all evaluated účastníky plant

VIII. CLUB COMPETITION:
The total result for the club is given by the sum of the results of the individual stations club. There are two club categories: A. USA Clubs: Participation is limited to club members within 250 miles of center the headquarters of the club. B. DX Clubs: Participation is limited to club members in either the DXCC country of the club's headquarters OR up to a distance of 400 km from the club headquarters. C. General Club Rules: National organizations (eg JARL, REF or DARC) cannot perform as a club. Stations with one operator can only join one club. Station with more operators can apply to more clubs according to percentage representation of individual operators. The name of the club must be stated in the diary, if more operators and vice clubs and percentage participation. In order to include the club in the results list, the participation of at least 4 stations is required, inspection diaries are not counted.
