Race date:
Second full weekend in November, UTC 1200 Saturday - 1200 Sunday
(13–14 November 2010, 12–13 November 2011)
Type of operation:
CW
Bands:
1.8 to 28 MHz, excl WARC bands

Categories:
- One operator - all bands, power up to 1500 W (SOAB HP)
- One operator - all bands, power up to 100 W (SOAB LP)
- One operator - one band, power up to 1500 W (SOSB HP)
- One operator - one band, power up to 100 W (SOSB LP)
- One operator – QRP (power up to 5 W, all bands only)
- Multiple operators, one transmitter (MS) - all bands, power as permitted
- Listeners (SWL)
The use of DX cluster is allowed in all categories.
One operator can register in several categories a) - e) (ie, for example, simultaneously SOAB, SOSB 20 m and SOSB 80 m).
For the MS category: the shortest working time on one band is 10 minutes. A quick change of band in order to obtain a new multiplier is allowed (ie, when establishing a connection on band A, it is possible to make a multiplier on band B and return back to band A).
Follow up QSO:
OK/OL/OM stations establish connections only with non-OK/OL/OM stations.
Stations outside OK/OL/OM establish connections only with OK/OL/OM stations.
Connection to one station is valid only once on each band.
Upload code:
- OK/OL/OM: RST + district emblem (e.g. 599 BPZ)
- Stations outside OK/OL/OM: RST + sequence number of connection starting from 001.
Multipliers:
- OK/OL/OM: prefixes according to WPX policy on each band separately
- Stations outside OK/OL/OM: districts on each band separately

Points for QSO:
- OK/OL/OM: EU = 1 point, non-EU = 3 points
- European stations: 1 point
- Stations outside the EU: 3 points
Result:
Total result = (number of points) × (number of multipliers)
Rules for listeners:
Listeners can count each station on each band only once.
For each properly recorded QSO (date, UTC, band, station mark, sent contest code and opponent station mark) on each band is calculated:
- 1 point (the station being listened to is on the same continent as the listener)
- 3 points (the station being listened to is on a different continent than the listener)
If both broadcast codes are recorded, they are two separate entries and points are counted for both stations, with each entry on a separate log line including points and any multiplier.
In this case, it is possible to get up to 4 points (3+1) and up to 2 multipliers by intercepting the complete connection.
SWLs from the territory of OK and OM count points for listening to all stations, other SWLs only points for listening to OK/OL/OM stations.
Multipliers for SWL from OK and OM territory are station prefixes outside OK/OL/OM and districts of OK/OL/OM stations regardless of band.
Multipliers for SWL outside the territory of OK and OM are the districts of OK/OL/OM stations on each band separately.
Diaries:
All logs must be sent to December 1 of the given year.
I. Electronic diaries
All participants who use a computer and want to be included in the evaluation will send the log as a data file.
The recommended format is Cabrillo, diaries in the format are unsuitable ADIF.
Each QSO must contain: date, UTC, band, counter station mark, transmitted and received code.
The transmitted code (district) does not need to be given for each QSO, but must be in the summary (SOAPBOX).
It is always sent only one diary, even if the station applies to several categories.
The categories are listed in the header of the Cabrillo file in a row CATEGORY, separated by commas (e.g. CATEGORIES: SINGLE-OP ALL HIGH, SINGLE-OP 10M HIGH).
Recommended category designations:
SINGLE-OP ALL HIGH SINGLE-OP 160M HIGH SINGLE-OP 80M HIGH SINGLE-OP 40M HIGH SINGLE-OP 20M HIGH SINGLE-OP 15M HIGH SINGLE-OP 10M HIGH SINGLE-OP ALL LOW SINGLE-OP ALL QRP MULTI-ONE SWL checklog
The summary should contain the category, e-mail, name of the operator, postal address, description of the equipment, performance and an affidavit of compliance with the conditions of the race.
File names: by brand - e.g. OL5Y.CBR, OL5Y.LOG, OL5Y.DAT etc.
E-mail for sending logs: okomdx@crk.cz

For each erroneous QSO, the same number of points as it would have been deducted.
If 10% or more of the connections are faulty, the station may be removed from evaluation.
Ranking, diplomas and prizes:
Participants are evaluated in three divisions – OK/OM, EU, DX.
In each category, the ranking will be compiled.
