Today, not everyone still remembers the era of OL concessions for youth between the ages of 15 and 19. Because with increasing age, the original OL brand was irretrievably lost in history, several former OL concessionaires decided to organize a recess race on 9/27/2003, which could show to which corners of the world life has taken us.
Takzvané „zvláštne povolenie pre mládež“ so značkou s prefixom OL enabled independent broadcasting under its own brand since 15 years ago. The prefixes were divided according to the regions of the then Czechoslovakia, from OL1 (Praha a stredné Čechy) až po OL0 (východné Slovensko).
Pavel OK1DX (ex-OL3AXS), Jindra OK1FOU (ex-OL4BEV) and others decided to declare themselves dvojhodinový pretek, ktorého cieľom je zistiť, kto z bývalých OL ešte vysiela a pod akou súčasnou značkou sa „skrýva“.

Všetky stanice odovzdávajú kód zložený z RST a čísla QSO from 99 downwards (after reaching the number 00, it starts again from 99). This system is intended to limit the participation of robots in the race.
