History of the OM3KFF radio club
The history of the student radio club of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava dates back to the early 1950s. The club originally operated under the call sign OK1KFF, later known as OK3KFF, and gradually developed into one of the most active collective workplaces in Slovakia. It found its stable refuge in the student residence Mladosť in the Mlynska Valley. Over the decades, it has nurtured generations of operators, constructors, and technical enthusiasts. In addition to the well-known call sign OM3KFF, we also use the shortened contest call sign OM5M, under whichwe regularly work in domestic and international HF and VHF kontestoch.
