On days 18-20. November 2011 saw the biggest Slovak traditional HAM meeting of the year. It was already his 37th year. For the first time, it was held outside the High Tatras - in the Satel hotel right in the center of Poprad. It was scheduled within three days. The first day was dedicated to sellers of radio amateur parts and free meetings of friends. Many traditional and regular sellers came, such as fa Anico, Martin Karas, producer QSL of Beďa OK1FXX tickets, sellers of hats with markings according to individual wishes.
The next day, the main program was held from the morning. In the congress hall, which was filled to bursting, Roman OM3EI gave a report on the activities and later an evaluation of short-term amateur radio competitions for 2011 at KV i VHF especially.. Immediately after the end, a meeting of the members of the ARES Coordination Center, KV and VKV forum was held. The total number of participants of all age categories of the meeting was around 200 on the second day. In the afternoon, Tóno-OM3LU gave an extensive commentary on his book about the beginnings of amateur radio activity up to 1952. He mentioned many facts and interesting facts, which he did not manage to publish in the chronicle. In the late afternoon, the participants of the expedition to Greenland from OK appeared as part of the DX forum. They worked under the brand name OX4OK on days 16-26 9. 2011. They projected and commented on the pictures from this interesting expedition.

The traditional Ham fest was held from 21:00 in the main hall of the hotel on the 1st floor. It included a rich raffle, the christening of the Tóna OM3LU book and pleasant entertainment connected with dancing until late at night.
Traditional accompanying events were also held. QSL service SZR led by Vila - OM3MB distributed and collected QSL tickets. The President of the SZR Roman-OM3EI and Braňo OM2FY collected the entrance fee to the SZR and the subscription to Rádiožurnál. Dušan OM2ADP collected other souls for the OM On-line Callbook. A DVD with HAM information and Tón's latest (OM3LU) book about the beginnings of the amateur radio movement in Slovakia were also sold. then in Czechoslovakia.

During the meeting, the radio station broadcast with the special prefix OM37TATRY and established up to 500 connections on all bands. The main operator was OM5CD. On the upper bands, his broadcasting also created a pretty decent pie-lab (or how to spell it exactly).
