How to proceed with local contests

Local contests, of which there are already several, were organized to improve the operational skills mainly of young operators who do not dare to participate in 'big' international contests. Some have a long-standing tradition (OMAC,KVPA,SSB-liga,A160,OM-CWSome are relatively younger (MWC, CUC, OTC). As you may have noticed, I count among them the Czech and Slovak joint competitions. Not only relatively younger operators participate, but also experienced matadors, who, whether as individuals or in a team, achieve significantly good results even in various international competitions.In these domestic competitions, I don't like that the connections are not checked (exceptions are KVPA and the memorial OK1WC) and there are connections that have never taken place.Furthermore, there is a category of connections - I will give youa point because I like you and you don't because you are from the opposite basket.Furthermore, I don't like competitions where the average number of connections is around 30.You 'make' the stations in the first 15 minutes and in the remaining time you can CQ- iť do prázdna alebo ísť spať. Niektoré stanice sa potom objavujú pod inou značkou – napr. materskej kolektívky.Navrhujem spojenia kontrolovať na základe prijatých denníkov Cabrillo. Uznať len spojenia so stanicami, ktoré urobili min. 10 spojení a poslali denník vyhodnocovateľovi. Rešpektovať aj tých mladých operátorov, ktorí vysielajú a prijímajú tak ako vládzu a nejsť na nich neprimeranou rýchlosťou.
