INFORMATION – Booth OK1KHL
The stand is located in the sports hall. Here you will find all the information about the accompanying events of the meeting. You can also purchase Zborník 2005 and other radio amateur publications here. At the stand, you can also sign up for the regular autumn course of the amateur radio school, which is organized by the OK1KHL radio club in the recreation center Radost in Horní Jelení. A voluntary presentation is also taking place at the information booth.
ADMISSION
The meeting area is also closed this year. The entrance fee is the same as in the past - 50 CZK per person for both days. Children under 15 years of age, disabled persons upon presentation of ID and pensioners over 70 years of age do not pay entrance fees.
RADIO AMATEUR FLEA MARKET
The very popular flea market takes place this year in two locations:
- Outdoor space (parking lot) next to the cultural center (on the right when looking towards the KD building).
- The driver pays a fee of CZK 150/day for the car and receives a blue parking card for the space to the right of the KD.
- Each crew member must have a ticket.
- A car with a trailer pays a fee for two places, i.e. 2 × 150 CZK/day.
- The cards also serve as an accounting document.
- A stamp for the seller is available at the OK1KHL information stand.
- Inside the falconry building (the older building on the right when coming from the post office).
- Fee for the point of sale: 120 CZK, paid at the entrance.
- When entering the unloading area, there is a refundable deposit of 200 CZK, which will be returned if the vehicle leaves the premises by 9:00 a.m.
SALES MARKETS
The stands of the exhibition shop are in the sports hall (newly reconstructed building on the right when coming from the post office). The layout of the stands will be drawn on the plan in the middle of the Visitor's Guide, which every visitor with a ticket will receive.
TRANSPORT AND PARKING
Traffic and parking are regulated due to the large number of participants. Entry in front of KD is allowed only to vehicles with special permission (organizers, guests of honor, vendors) and vehicles to the flea market after paying a fee.
Parking in the vicinity is regulated by traffic signs. The parking areas, except for the parking lot at the stadium (secured by the sports department), are not guarded.
- Free parking is possible around the football stadium.
- There is paid guarded parking on the playing field (CZK 50, non-stop during the entire meeting).
- Directly in the meeting area behind the KD under the poplars, paid parking is CZK 150, the number of places is limited.

- Thursday 25th August: 12:00pm - open to exhibitors, 8:00pm - closed and handed over to security.
- Friday 26 August: 06:00 - open to exhibitors, 09:00 - open to the public, 18:00 - closed to the public, 18:30 - closed to exhibitors and handed over to security.
- Saturday 27 August: 07:00 - open to exhibitors, 08:00 - open to the public, 17:00 - closed to the public, 20:00 - closed to exhibitors.
