MOTTO OF THE MEETING: "AGAIN IN HOLICY!"
The 31st international meeting of radio amateurs should be held 27.–28. 8.2021 traditionally in the vicinity of the cultural center and the sports hall in Holice (Holubova 768, 534 01 Holice), 50 ° 4'14.488 "N, 15 ° 59'18.684" E.
CONTENT OF HOLICA MEETING:
- professional lectures in the clubhouses and halls of the cultural center,
- presentation of Czech and foreign radio amateur organizations,
- radio amateur sales exhibition,
- traditional radio amateur exchange in the meeting area,
- broadcast center OK5H,
- joint exhibition of electro / radio circles in the hall of the ZUŠ,
- ceremonial awarding of prizes, diplomas and cups for amateur radio and CB activities and competitions,
- QSL service at the CRK booth - the possibility of confirming QSL tickets to DXCC at the DXCC Check Point,
- meeting of interest clubs and circles in the clubhouse of the cultural center,
- internet for the public with the possibility of connecting your own device - WiFi network.
AMATEUR RADIO EXCHANGE

SELLERS ATTENTION, as in previous years, two parking lots are designated, which are exclusively intended for the sale of radio amateur material. This year too, there is a possibility to reserve these radio amateur sales points. The reservation will take place only after payment of the fee, within fourteen days of ordering at the latest. The price of a radio amateur sales point 5 x 5 m is 760 CZK / for both two days of the meeting. For more information, contact Alena Vaňková (setkani@ok1khl.com).
The basic sales points are at the ZUŠ, between the cultural center and the museum and wherever the organizer determines. Any material can be sold on these areas in accordance with the Operating and Sales Regulations. The price of a basic sales (or parking) space of 6 x 3 m is 300 Sk / day.
For unloading or loading goods, a deposit of CZK 400 is collected at the cash desk for the entry of the vehicle into the meeting area. It is valid for one hour, after this time the deposit is non-refundable and the vehicle must leave the meeting area or pay the parking fee and park in a place designated by the organizer.
SALES MARKETS
The stands of the sales exhibition are located in the Sokolovni building opposite the cultural center. Exhibition and sales markets with radio amateur goods and electrical engineering.

TRANSPORT AND PARKING
Due to the large number of participants, traffic and parking are regulated.
Entry to the area is allowed only for vehicles marked with a special permit (organizers, guests of honor, vendors) and vehicles going to the place for the radio amateur exchange, after paying a fee.
Parking around the meeting place is regulated by traffic signs.
Parking is also possible in the vicinity of the football stadium, which is provided by SK Holice - the parking fee is 50 CZK.
Parking is free for disabled people with car registration ŤZP 01 and upon presentation of a license (valid only if it is not a vendor at the flea market).
ENTRY (REGISTRATION FEE)
The meeting area is accessible for a registration fee of CZK 80 per person for both days.
Pensioners over 70 pay only CZK 50 per person for both two days after presenting their identity card.
Children under the age of 15 and disabled persons do not pay the fee upon presentation of a license.

This notice also applies to those interested (I am not among the members of ČRK) in the free awarding of cups, diplomas and other awards during the meeting in connection with amateur broadcasting and radio amateur activities.
