Based on a preliminary agreement, they are likely to be redistributed by AMSAT. If a deal is struck, the result will be a 2-line data format as we've been used to. Next, you will read what needs to be done in order to receive them...
The whole procedure consists in sending an email to the address majordomo@amsat.org. The email should not contain anything except commands, so it will be only one or two words. This can be HELP, or SUBSCRIBE KEPS or UNSUBSCRIBE KEPS.
