Even though the radio amateur community is rather talking about the possibility of including Kosovo as a new one DXCC earth in the near future, how land with serial number 338 with effect from December 14, 2007 was added St. Barthelemy, abbreviated in English St Bart's.
St. Barthelemy is a small Caribbean island near St. Martin, and since February 2007 it has had the same administrative status as Guadalope, Martinique and other French overseas territories. At the request of the president of the Association Des Radio Amateurs De St Barthelemy, Philippe FJ5DX, St. Barthelemy was recognized as a separate DXCC land with the prefix FJ.
