Answer of the TÚ SR to the Petition

Telekomunikačný úrad SR vyslovil listom z 5.marca 2007 poďakovanie za Petíciu. Keďže požiadavky Petície are identical to the prepared changes in the generally binding legal regulation, he understands it as a supporting opinion v postupných krokoch, ktoré TÚ SR v legislatívnej oblasti amatérskej služby uskutoční.

The requested changes are:

• cancellation of knowledge of telegraphy during verification of special professional competence
• changing the current four operator classes to two classes, namely Extra and Novice

Z uvedeného teda vyplýva, že the demands of the Petition will be fully incorporated into the new PPs. Telekomunikačný úrad SR ďalej vyjadril poďakovanie aj za ďalšie podnety (tie boli v druhej obálke) s tým, že ich bude brať do úvahy pri tvorbe následných úprav v predpisoch pre amatérsku službu.
