Slovenský rádioamatérsky portál CQ.sk invites all radio amateurs to QRP preteky na VHF, ktoré sa uskutočnia on Sunday, August 2, 2025 from 07:00 to 13:00 UTC in the 144 MHz band. Súťaží sa v kategórii Single aj Multi op. spoločne, s maximálnym výkonom 10 W; povolené sú modulácie CW, SSB a FM, pričom do logu sa zapisuje RS(T), poradové číslo a WW lokátor. Tu sú podmienky pre OM Low power VHF contest 2025:
1) The Slovak amateur radio portal CQ.sk organizes QRP competitions on VHF, which take place on Sunday of the first weekend in August (2.8.2026) from 07.00 to 13.00 UTC in the 144 MHz band.
2) Categories:
1. Single and multi op. together − transmitter power up to 10 W from a single output stage, any QTH
3) Modulation: CW, SSB and FM.
4) Code: RS(T), connection sequence number from 001 and WW locator.
5) With each station, one valid connection can be counted in the competition, where a complete competition code has been sold and confirmed by both stations.
6) The use of amateur radio communication means and networks and chat rooms, as well as the use of any other media to transmit all or part of the competition code, is strictly prohibited. The complete, two-way transmission of the competition code and confirmation must take place exclusively on the band and during the duration of the connection. (Note: new point from 2022)
7) Scoring: 1 point is counted for each kilometer of distance covered.
8) Súťažný denník je akceptovaný v elektronickom formáte EDI podľa bodu 13 Všeobecných podmienok pretekov a súťaží na VHF. 9) Race quotas are not registered. However, in your own interest, it is advisable to publish the quota allocation on the Packet Radio network and on the Internet.
