Date and time: the race takes place every third Saturday in the month of October (20.10.2007) from 05:00 to 06:30 UTC (07:00 - 08:30 local time).
Band: 80 m CW (3520–3560 kHz) and SSB (3600–3650 and 3700–3760 kHz).
Categories: MIX, CW, SSB, SWL and if there are at least 5 participants, the category will be evaluated separately QRP/ MIX.
Code: RS or RST + any two-digit number that must not change during the race. Station OK1OFM will transmit a special code (three characters).

Scoring:
– for CW QSO 2 points,
– for SSB QSO 1 point.
One CW connection and one SSB connection can be established with each station. Connections with the station OK1OFM - the organizer - are evaluated twice.
In the race, connections are valid with all stations (not only OK and OM) that will participate in the race.
Listeners only count each station once on CW and once on SSB. A station can be listed as a counter station any number of times.
Multipliers are not used - the total result is equal to the simple sum of the points for the connections. In case of equality of points, the greater number of points achieved in the first 30 or 60 minutes.

Diaries: send by November 2, 2007 to:
OK1DRQ Pavel POK, Sokolovská 59, 323 12 Pilsen.
Of course it is possible to use e-mail: ok1drq@o2active.cz or via PR OK0NAG.
It is best to send the diary in electronic form - any text file will do. But a paper diary is many times better than none!
The station with the most points (be careful - it can also be a listener who does not have permission to broadcast and will state this in an affidavit) will receive the main prize - cup.
Additional prizes will be awarded to the drawn participants of the race who send the diary for evaluation. And in addition, specials are prepared for all participants discounts on printing QSL tickets until next year.
Diploma in color will be awarded to the winner of each category (cups are currently being negotiated).
They remain traditional sponsors Mogul OK OIL Pilsen a White Elephant Printer.
The next sponsor will also be a surprise for us as organizers.
I cordially invite everyone to participate! Not only will you compete well, but you can win something even if you are not among the winners.
It is still true that in Pilsen Cup not only the winner wins!
For the radio club OK1OFM
Pavel, OK1DRQ
