Every year March 8 women all over the world have a holiday. International Women's Day our radio amateurs are also celebrating. We wish them all the best for the holiday, lots of happiness, health and nice connections.
Since March 8, 2011, the competition organized by CQ.sk for Slovak radio amateurs with the aim of promoting DX operation with radio amateurs all over the world (YL, XYL). The purpose is to show respect for female radio amateurs, to revive their interest in this hobby, to make Slovakia visible in the world, to represent amateur radio sports and, above all, to create an interesting list of countries DXCC with radio amateurs. They are done at the same time 133 of DXCC countries with radio amateurs. The last connection on 23/02/2020 with radio amateur Lina from Macedonia, Z37FFF was contributed by Vlado, OM1AX. We would be pleased if more DX mani from Slovakia would join and help supplement table about missing DXCC land. After reaching 150 DXCC countries with female radio amateurs will be issued another nice diploma. The call signs of Slovak radio amateurs will be written on the diploma with the number of countries with which to tables contributed.
