OM AC result list – March 2004

If you thought amateur radio racing was boring and predictable, the OMAC March 2004 results will convince you otherwise! In the category QRO a dramatic battle for every point ensued, where OM3PA with an uncompromising score of 5460 points and 70 CW connections dominated, closely followed by OM5JA and OM8AA, who did not give up even in the most tense moments. The differences between the first five places were minimal, showing that every tactic, every combination and every multiplier can decide the winner.

The QRO CW category brought excitement of a different kind - here the speed and accuracy of CW links became the key to success. OM6AZ, OM8AQ and OK1AE showed a superb combination of experience and strategy, with each point able to change the order of the podium.

In QRO SSB, the tight battle moved to voice traffic where OK2BKP triumphed with 2050 points, just ahead of OM7AB and OK1KFQ. This fight showed that even strong players cannot underestimate the competition and every contact counts.

Category QRP was enjoyed by brave operators, where OK1DDP, OM3TZO and OM7YA proved that even with lower power it is possible to achieve impressive results and gain valuable points.

These results are not just numbers - they are proof of precise technique, perseverance and competitive spirit of radio amateurs. Which of the operators can surprise in the next rounds and who will move to the top of the table?
