The Czech Radio Club (ČRK) is announcing a new format for the preparatory course for amateur radio examsUnlike classic evening courses, this one is designed as a Saturday meeting, which allows the material to be concentrated into a compact block without being spread out over several weeks.

What does the course cover?
The course content is focused on preparing for the HAREC Class A exam before the Czech Telecommunications Office (ČTÚ). The lecturers cover all the topics necessary for successful passing the exam. In addition to theory, an introduction to practical band operation is included, the basics of antenna construction and their principles, and basic concepts and techniques associated with amateur radio operations.
The course is intended for candidates who are preparing to apply for a call sign and need to systematically go through the exam material under the guidance of experienced operators.

The course will take place in three Saturday blocks, each starting at 9:00 a.m.:

Venue
The course takes place at the headquarters of the Czech Radio Club at U Pergamenky 1511/3, Prague 7.
