The Slovak Association of Radio Amateurs organizes in cooperation with the OM3KTY radio club 36. ročník stretnutia rádioamatérov Tatry 2010. Stretnutie sa uskutoční cez tretí novembrový víkend, čiže 19.-21. novembra 2010 v hoteli Hutník v Tatranských Matliaroch.

On the same date, the 6th annual international festival of amateur creations about mountains takes place in Tatranská Lomnica - Horalfest. Ak máte záujem pozrieť si fotografie, krátke filmy či vypočuť prednes z blogov a kníh o horách, či len ponúknuť nerádioamatérskej polovičke zaujímavý program, môže byť Horalfest zaujímavou možnosťou. Lanovky v Tatranskej Lomnici majú v termíne stretnutia termín technickej údržby, ale bude premávať pozemná lanovka Starý Smokovec – Hrebienok. There are several attractive tourist destinations from Hrebienk in good weather - Rainer's hut, Zamkovského hut and Studenovodské waterfalls.
V dopoludnia bývajú v Novom Targu (Poľsko) trhy. Nový Targ is about an hour away by car, while it is also possible to sign up for some bus tours.
