On March 18, I and six other students successfully passed the exams at the Technical University of the Slovak Republic. The next day, I was already sending a call sign assignment request. Skrátka – obyčajný človek musí dodržať všetky úradom stanovené termíny – úrad zrejme nie. Pamätám si, akú tortúru absolvoval Zdeno OK2ZW, keď chcel získať koncesiu v Ghane – 9G5ZW.
