The diploma is issued on the occasion of the hundredth anniversary of the promotion of Smržovka to the city (May 23, 1905).
To obtain a diploma, it is necessary to achieve:

OK station: 100 points

EU stations: 50 points

DX stations: 30 points
They are included in the diploma QSO or hearings conducted from 1.1.2005 to 31.12.2005. QSOs (listenings) from 16.5.2005 to 29.5.2005 are evaluated with double the number of points.
Connections with the following stations count towards the diploma:

Throughout 2005, the occasional station OL1OOS will be in operation - 25 points, connection with this station is mandatory.

Stations which QTH is Smržovka: OK1AGC, OK1MIQ, OK1NI or stations working from the cadastre of Smržovka - 15 points.

OK1KKT radio club members: OK1ACJ, OK1DIU, OK1DQM, OK1DQZ, OK1DSS, OK1DVC, OK1DXI, OK1FHC, OK1FJX, OK1FLT, OK1FPD, OK1JFN, OK1TDI, OK1VEA, OK1VRM, OK1XEB, OK1YO and OK1KKT - 5 points.

Other stations of the Jablonec district (EJA) – 1 point.
It applies to connection to any type of traffic, regardless of bands.
Connection via active converters does not apply.
The diploma can be issued with a note for KV, vkv, SSB, CW or possibly for a specific band.
Fee for issuing a diploma:

for OK and OM stations: CZK 70

other stations: 10 IRC, 10 USD or 10 €
