Conditions for issuing a diploma:

The diploma is issued for connections with 3 different locations out of 6 possible.

For connections with all 6 locations, they will be added to the diploma special QSL tickets showing the given locations and forming a complete series of the diploma.

Connections with all stations operating from the listed locations are valid. carried out after 1.1.1993. All permitted types of operation at KV a VHF bands outside the connection through converters.

Extract from the diary with a fee of 50 Sk or 50 CZK must be sent to the address of the diploma manager OM8RA, or via PR at OM8BQ, and pay by postal order. The fee must also be paid when requesting additional QSLs.
