Conditions for issuing a diploma:

The diploma is issued for connections with 3 different locations out of 6 possible.

For connections with all 6 locations, they will be added to the diploma special QSL tickets showing the given locations and forming a complete series of the diploma.

Connections with all stations operating from the listed locations are valid. carried out after 1.1.1993. Uznávané sú všetky povolené druhy prevádzky na sq a VHF bands outside the connection through converters.

Extract from the diary with a fee of 50 Sk or 50 CZK must be sent to the address of the diploma manager OM8RA, prípadne cez PR na OM8BQ, a uhradiť poštovou poukážkou. Poplatok je potrebné uhradiť aj pri žiadosti o doplňujúce QSL.
