The Geminids are a meteor shower that is said to never disappoint observers. And certainly not radio amateurs either. The swarm is active from December 7 to 17, 2006. At the maximum, we expect ZHR above 100, so the value of 70 should reach approximately 24 hours. From this point of view, MS connections are very advantageous.
The best time for connections will be December 14 between 02-11 UT. During the Geminids, there are many interesting expeditions in the zone. You can find the current overview at: mmmonvhf.de
