Press release: Telekomunikačný úrad SR (TÚ SR) zverejnil návrh novely Opatrenia TÚ SR, ktorá umožní získanie osvedčení pre operátora námornej diaľkovej plavby (LRC) a operátora námornej pobrežnej plavby (SRC). TÚ SR ďalej navrhuje, aby skúška z telegrafie u rádioamatérskej služby nebola povinná. Novelou sa zníži počet rádioamatérskych tried z pôvodných štyroch na dve, z toho jedna bude pre začiatočníkov. Podľa novely aj rádioamatéri – začiatočníci budú môcť obsluhovať v zahraničí amatérske stanice, podľa doterajšieho stavu túto možnosť nemajú. TÚ SR vypracoval návrh novely z dôvodu implementácie medzinárodných predpisov pre plavebnú pohyblivú službu a pre amatérsku službu do predpisov Slovenskej republiky.
TÚ SR published a draft amendment to the measure of TÚ SR, which establishes details on certificates of special professional competence for operating selected radio equipment, on the establishment of an examination committee and on the content, scope and course of the examination. The changes in the measures of the TÚ SR implement the provisions of the recommendations of the European Radiocommunication Committee concerning the navigational mobile service in the matter of the procedure for testing operators and certificates that authorize their holders to operate the devices of the global maritime safety and rescue system at sea on ships that are not mandatorily equipped with these means. The changes further implement the provisions of the recommendations of the European Radiocommunication Committee and the Committee for Electronic Communications concerning the license to operate an amateur radio amateur station, as well as the content of examinations for radio amateurs of this class.
