Establishing a QSO:
OK/OL/OM establish connection only with OK/OL/OM stations.
Only individuals can participate. If a club station is participating, it must be operated by only one operator.
Each station can only be worked with once during the race, resp. duplicate connections will not be counted. We recommend making a duplicate QSO, if the station asks you for it (have an electronic diary set up like this, to enable it). In the worst case, this QSO will just not be counted for you.
QSOs can be made even in the mode in which the station is not competing. These connections must also be recorded in the diary. Stations will be included in the final score only connections in category mode, which she signed up for. Other connections will be used for checking.

Competition code:
RS/RST is passed + district emblem (e.g. 599 LVC or 59 DDO).
According to the division, the district coat of arms is valid until the end of the year 2001 (character list on here)

Body za QSO:
1 point for each valid connection
1 multiplier for each unique district character
With the diary in electronic form, it is not necessary to mark points or multipliers.

Result:
The total score is the product of the total number of points and the total number of unique multipliers.
It is not necessary to enter the total number of points for the diary in electronic form, these will be evaluated during processing.

Rules for students:
For each duly recorded QSO (date, UTC, station call sign, the RS/RST being sent, the transmitted multiplier and the call sign of the counter station) it counts 1 that. Therefore, if both transmitted codes are recorded, these are two separate records and points are counted for both stations, each on a separate line in the competition diary, including point evaluation and marking of possible multiplier. In the given case, it is therefore possible to obtain up to eavesdropping on the complete connection 2 points and up to 2 multipliers.

Diaries:
All participants, who use a computer to create a journal, send the log as a data file.
Evaluator strongly prefers (and for the stations in the leading positions in the results list it assumes) plant logs in Cabrillo format. It accepts both currently used versions 2.0 i 3.0. A properly configured electronic journal will usually export the correct data format. If in doubt, check the format of the diary according to the attachment.

For a diary in a different format, i.e. text ASCII (*.txt) or a table (*.xls,*.xlsx) or a document (*.valid for the operation of amateur broadcasters without having to make such a statement in the report,*.docx) it is necessary to send a summary together with the file, which names call_sign.sum (for example ok9abc.sum).
How to send a paper diary, possibly other options are described in the appendix. However, these versions are not recommended by the organizer and are listed just in case, that the participant does not have the possibility to send the diary in any of the above-mentioned ways.

At the diaries, which are not in the Cabrillo format, the evaluator does not guarantee processing and inclusion in the competition.

Delivery of journals:
Upload to the web: http://hp.nagano.cz/. Cabrillo format only.
Emailing to: hp(zav)ok1khl.com. V “Subject” in the message, indicate the competition call sign used. The files should be named according to the call sign used in the plant, e.g. ok1boa.cbr (pro Cabrillo).
Shipping to a postal address: Due to little interest, the organizers moved the flea market from SOKOLOVNA to the locker rooms of the sports hall, The Čapk brothers 871, 534 01 Holice
Please check before shipping, whether your diary contains all the necessary information (the received code is often missing).
We prefer electronic delivery of journals, an electronic journal in any format is always better, than paper!
dB and dynamic range at a distance. scanned paper is still considered paper, data from it is not reasonably processable.

Deadline:
All diaries must be delivered within 14 days after the end of the race.

Evaluation:
All QSOs, which contain an error (wrong call signs, bad received codes) will not be counted.
If with the station, who did not send the competition diary, will establish a connection min 3 competing stations, so it is included in the evaluation “for checking” and counter stations the connection is counted. If he connects with her less than 3 competition station, the connection is not verifiable and does not count.
The tolerated mutual time deviation of the connection is 5 minutes.
In case of equality, the number of connections in the first decides 20, (eventually 40, 60) minutes.
Each category is evaluated separately. Prizes are awarded in categories, in which at least signed up 5 stations.
All decisions of the competition committee are final.

Order, diplomas and awards:
in each category, each station that requests it will receive a diploma and a list of results
each station in first place in the category receives a small “Holic cup”
the station with the highest number of points also gets a large tourer “Holic cup” for a period of one year
stations with the highest number of points will be rewarded with tangible prizes worth:
1. instead of — 1500,- CZK
2. instead of — 1000,- CZK
3. instead of — 500,- CZK

if the station becomes the absolute winner in three years in a row, gets the travel cup into personal ownership

Disqualification:
Violation of race rules, unsportsmanlike conduct or counting large numbers of unverifiable connections may be sufficient grounds for disqualification.
