Proposal to change the MSR rules on VKV
On vhf.sk, I raised the delicate topic of changing the conditions of MR SR to VHF. I would like your opinion on whether the changes are current or not. If so, what changes would you choose? I based the proposal on the following points:

favor bands higher than 2 m: this would further support the development of the technical equipment of the stations

the quality of the station or the geographical location of the station: after studying the results of previous years, I came to the opinion that the average na QSO best reflects this point, it has a picture of the technical equipment of the station, includes Tropo, Es, inversion, etc.

collisions of the evaluator: the technical equipment of the stations is still growing, it is questionable whether we will be able to guard against mutual adverse interference by bands, it is probably time to start dealing with this thorny problem, the use of packet / selfspotting, etc.

The method of calculation would change as follows
S*Mon*(Kv/100)*(Pc/100)-Vy
S- sum of points as before, 1km=1 point
Pn-band multiplier, 70-2 23-3 13>-4
Kv- average per QSO
Pc - number of stations in the contest

Instead of assigning odds, I would rather publish interest in these odds on vhf.sk, so that conflicting stations can come to an agreement with each other in time before the race.
So, if you see in these changes fantasy and revenue for the further development of VKV in Slovakia, express your opinion, add or delete some points and send it to me. I will try to summarize them and publish them on vhf.sk hamradio.sk and CQ.sk. Alternatively, write your opinion directly on the mentioned pages.
