The application provides most of the functionality of the website clublog.org directly on your phone or tablet, and in a native way - without the need to open a browser. A new feature compared to the web version is the offline log, which allows logging QSO without an internet connection and synchronizing records when the connection is restored.
The key feature is monitoring live activity across the entire ClubLog. The application continuously compares each logged QSO from the whole community with what a specific user still personally needs - entity by entity, band slot by band. Instant push notifications will arrive the moment the monitored station appears in the ether, regardless of whether you are currently looking at your phone. Stations can be pinned and monitored individually. This continuous real-time comparison represents a new feature that does not yet exist on the web.

Is a ClubLog account required to use the application?
Yes. The application logs in with the same username and password you use on clublog.org, and reads and writes to the same log and settings. To fully utilize the features of Live Bands and Live Alerts, you need to have an uploaded and continuously updated log. The recommended way is to set up real-time logging from logging software directly to ClubLog. The application also includes its own QSO logging tool if you prefer to enter data directly from your phone.
Why does the application require a subscription?
The development and operation of the application require greater costs than the model of voluntary contributions covers. Continuous monitoring of each QSO logged across the entire ClubLog, comparing it with the individual needs of each DXer, and delivering push notifications within one to two seconds represents real and ongoing operational costs. A subscription is a straightforward way to maintain this functionality in the long term. Aplikácia Club Log je dostupná v 22 jazykoch – zdrojový anglický jazyk a 21 prekladov vrátane nemčiny, španielčiny, franúzštiny, poľštiny, češtiny, maďarčiny, ruštiny, ukrajinskej a ďalších. Rádioamatérska terminológia zostáva v angličtine, keďže takto je technická terminológia prezentovaná štandardne v celej komunite. Jazyk zariadenia sa použije predvolene, prípadne je možné ho zmeniť manuálne v nastaveniach aplikácie.
