GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 The race takes place annually during the second full weekend in May (since 1957).
1.2 Everyone is invited: radio amateurs from all over the world are welcome to participate in the competition.
1.3 NEW (2024) — The most important changes are as follows:

VIRTUAL LOGS: Points for your QSOs are counted even if some of the stations you worked with did not send their contest log.

30 new plaques: For winners (TOP leaders) in Europe, Asia, North and South America, Africa and Oceania (all categories).
-
Electronic diploma for everyone: An e-certificate will be available after the race for everyone who makes at least 200 QSOs (100 QSOs on 160m).
DATE, TIME, ZONE AND TYPES OF OPERATION

2.1 The competition starts on May 9th at 12:00 UTC and ends on May 10th 2026 at 11:59 UTC.
2.2 Bands: 1.8; 3.5; 7; 14; 21; 28 MHz, while respecting the frequency sections for CW and phone (PHONE).
2.3 Modes of operation – CW, SSB.
RADIO COMMUNICATION
3.1 Only one transmitted signal is permitted for all participants at any given time.
3.2 The number of changes in band or type of operation is not limited for any category.
3.3 Duplicate connections are counted on different bands or for different types of operation within the same band.
COMPETITION CATEGORIES
4.1 The evaluation for all categories listed below takes place: within all stations (world classification), within stations on the same continent (continental classification) and within each country according to the list of the diploma 'Р-150-С'. 4.2 Groups:

COMPETITION CODE (REPORTS)
5.1 Súťažný kód pozostáva z reportu RS (RST ) and poradového čísla spojenia, začínajúceho From 001.
5.2 Connection numbers must be transmitted in ascending order.
SCORING
6.1 Each connection within its own continent is worth 2 points. For scoring purposes, Europe and Asia are considered one continent (Eurasia).
6.2 Each connection with another continent is valued at 3 points.
MULTIPLIERS
7.1 Multipliers are countries according to the list of diploma 'Р-150-С' on each band. The list of countries can be found at: https://cqm.srr.ru/en/list-of-r150s/
7.2 Connections with '/MM' stations do not count as and multiplier.
TOTAL RESULT
8.1 The total result is calculated as the product of the sum of the points for the connections and the sum of the multipliers.
AWARDS

9.1 Stations that take 1st place in the world rankings in the SOAB and MOST categories will receive trophies.
9.2 Foreign participants (outside of Russia) who take 1st place in the world classification in the SOSB category, as well as 1st place in the continental classification in the MOST and SOAB categories (highest total score in the MIX, CW and SSB categories), will receive commemorative pennants.
9.3 The category winner will only be awarded if there are at least 10 participants in the given category.
9.4 Electronic diplomas (e-certificates) will be awarded to stations that:

they will occupy 1st to 3rd place in the world ranking in each of the SOSB subcategories;
-
they will take 1st to 3rd place in the continental classification in each of the categories SOSB, SOAB, MOST;
-
will take 1st place in each country according to the 'Р-150-С' list for each category: SOSB, SOAB, MOST.
9.5 The right to an award arises if the participant has at least 300 confirmed connections (150 connections in the 1.8 MHz band).
9.6 All participants who make more than 200 confirmed connections (100 connections in the 1.8 MHz band) are entitled to an electronic diploma.
9.7 The electronic diploma is and file that can be downloaded from the official website after the race.

COMPETITION LOGS

10.3 Paper logs will not be accepted for assessment purposes.
10.4 The deadline for sending logs is within 10 days of the end of the race. The evaluation of the race is and fully automated process that also takes into account connections with participants who have not sent their logs.
