Another country whose radio amateurs have the opportunity to operate on 70 MHz is Finland. The ranges 70.000-70.175 MHz and 70.225-70.300 MHz are allowed with powers of 25W, 30W or 100W depending on the location QTH and operator classes. In some areas (KP53 & KP54) operation is not possible.
