I live in the city in a small family house and I'm thinking about a pole for the antenna – month 3bander 20/15/10 + as a center for some wire antennas. I probably won't put it on the roof, although it was reconstructed, but I don't know if it would withstand it, so I would rather put it on the plot. If someone has dealt with something similar, Can you advise me whether I need a building permit or a notification?? Alternatively, at what height do you need a permit? I assume the height of the mast is about 10 m. I looked on the Internet, but the information is different. The lady at the town office could not tell me, he has to ask, but with us, even during the construction of the fence, I needed a notification with documentation from an authorized person (red stamp).
Well thank you
MarianOK1FTJParticipantI don't know how strict the regulations are in the Slovak Republic. Fellow resident 300 m from me, he had to have a self-supporting antenna mast with a height of approx 15 m building permit. He had to document not only the static calculation for the entire structure, but also proof of electric load. by the magnetic field in the given structure at full transmission power (from a certified person). He was giving through to the ground 30 cubic meters of concrete with quite complex reinforcement and a massive fixing plate for the mast. And the same with the entire construction of the antenna – something like a cubical quad – for KV, it prefers to go down when expecting a strong wind. So it's not very easy, but that won't stop us.
AnonymousGuestI don't want to be a fool.
Zozen si na lamparni, or who takes care of your lighting, discarded pole for public lighting, or from the USSR, the lamp is finished.
There you will also find documents and a construction drawing, and maybe even a round stamp on the finished project.
Define it as building your own “unbelievable” lighting in the garden, for occasional use.
Growths in the form of antennas will no longer be solved by anyone.
It is essential to have at least one up (ice cream) halogen reflector, which will be turned on, at least for the pre-lzovačka.
The letter of the law is fulfilled, the lamp post holds a lot and is the cheapest solution.
It cannot be done cheaper, anything else, it will be many times more expensive, including allowed.
Because in this case it is a standard project, which is implemented in hundreds of thousands of cases, they shouldn't be a problem on the construction site.
The second thing is the political dimension.
The policy is about hiring neighbors.
The second dimension of the political problem is the political system = constitutional kleptocracy, countries, where the project is implemented, which is the native land, Slovakia, or in the case of negotiations with the authorities, Slovakia can also be negotiated.
But if you want to build a flagpole, call them “lamparov” as a result, it can be realized very easily for a fraction of the money, what would happen “home chewing gum” cubic meters of concrete and the foundation of such a pillar.
Also arranging permits and other troubles.
Maybe it will help, no need to take it tragically.AnonymousGuestHi,
the problem can be solved in two ways.
1. you can build it up to 6m with a simple foundation, for example the lamp post. can also be bought with a joint in the base. simple up/down. you don't need anything, no permission
2. fence post, eg 9m, betonovy zaklad, if you do it like I have, so without weathering. you need, But I only have the opportunity to measure over 21MHz airspi mini key, static report, revision of the lightning rod/ground and requests for a construction permit.
if you want some photos or detailed info, I will send photos.
I borrowed the parts of the dam pole from the OM0M pole.
three parts 9m in total, 70kg of cabbage one part.
michalAnonymousGuestfinished lighting mast..
http://www.strader.sk/products/s-100140-srsg-s-jz-zeleznicny-stoziar-do-zeme-so-stupackami_3903_cat-53.html
scrapped can be found depending on location and willingness for 100 euros (today +20% day zo ziku a +20% DPH).
The contents of that mast also include a winch, with which everything necessary for assembly can be pulled up and it also has footrests, which does not need to be boiled.
Railway constructions will build it for about 1000 euros on site and will also import everything necessary.
I usually don't need any cranes for construction, i can build it using return.
Stoziar is of course the best 14m 😀
Despite the same problem with some kind of parasitic element, it's good to leave the arc with the lamp there.
It still looks like a lamp.
You don't need to save much during construction, mini excavator costs around 30 euros per hour.
In half an hour, the excavation is finished.
At affordable prices for materials, antenna, components, building materials, welding electrode, energy shadow, building a flagpole always costs something.
“free” it will never be, because you only need to import srot from somewhere else, clean up, invite, excavate, zabetonovat, post, approve, it's time and that's money today.
The easiest thing is to be alone “investors” buildings and have it built according to the available documentation, of the finished project, because that is the surest way to success.
Construction of one non-public lighting lamp, many problems will be solved at once.
Moreover, if every public lighting lamp were to be a complication, so we walk the streets with a candle in a mason jar.
Fence posts and the like, so fine, as a temporary structure, but they require a disproportionate amount of attention and maintenance, handling and anchoring systems, which turn the garden into a spider's web.
Another opponent is also an arguer “give it away” after a year of two..
But the lamp will stand and resist age and wind for many years.
Once with antennas, maybe once without antennas, or just with a wire cutter, but it will be material in relation to our lives.
JACK OM0AM, how much does the equipment cost, such as TRX, source, antenna clen, cable, antenna, (dom, land) is stoziar one small item.
I think the rule always applies, that who wants to keep a monkey, must mat for bananas…AnonymousGuestHi, we also buy material from Strader. the advantage is that you buy a steel column with a joint and a ready-made concrete foundation. digging a suitable pit and gradually compacting the soil around the foundation is a nice job. you don't even need an excavator. but there are two buts. 1. without echoes of small construction only up to 6m. 2. if you put an antenna there (yagi) you have to air it out.
if you put a dam post, you have to make a serious foundation, in my case 1.5*1.5*1.5m. the advantage is, ze netreba zavetrovat. of course, it is redeemed by digging for a small pool and one mixing concrete. look at the om0m page. individual parts can be seen there. unlike a pole, this is easy to climb and you can master it yourself. you can lower the pole yourself and you need one more guy to rebuild it.michal
AnonymousGuestThank you for advice, I still have to pester my aunts at the city office and I'll see what the best way is.
PeterGuestHi Michal, could you please contact me on my email?: peter.smd@centrum.cz? I'm just dealing with the construction permit for the construction of the mast. I wanted 12m, but the city's chief architect doesn't even want to hear about it, they say a maximum of 6m will allow me. well thank you, Peter OM6APJ
PeterGuestHello friends. After a long time, I revive this discussion and add my observation. I found the manufacturer, which manufactures trellis radio amateur masts with a mobile cart and mainly with complete documentation, static assessment, overall 30 sides. I went to the construction office all excited, where the clerks told me that there would be no problem, that up to 15 m of mast height and after submitting the documentation that it will work. But that I still have to go to the chief architect of the city, that they need a written statement from her. And there my smile froze. The architect doesn't even want to hear about the mast, brandishes the city's spatial plan, where the maximum height of a two-story building is defined, that means she would allow me a maximum of 6m, no more. 6m is not enough for me, so I don't know what to do next.
There's someone here, who has already managed to obtain a construction permit for the mast? I will be glad if someone hears from me, or advice.
TNX, Peter OM6APJ
MarianGuestQuad GW4CQT for band, read the spatial plan of your city in detail. I ran through it quickly and found only this:
The maximum height of engineering structures, for which it is not possible to determine the height
in the upper floors (they, OM3KFF, in cooperation with the Slovak Association of Radio Amateurs, organizes a course for beginning radio amateurs, transmitters,…) needs to be assessed individually
in relation to the surrounding buildings, their influence on the image of the city.
It is now necessary to assess the suitability of the construction of engineering structures
located in visually exposed places in the open country (mobile transmitters
communication gatherings, electric power line masts, advertising areas 1…).Otherwise, you have to go after the one who is judging it and convince him. Try to argue that there are hills around you and you need the tree to be higher, prepare some arguments. From my experience – many people do not understand what it actually is, when I write there, for example. mast for broadcast/radio amateur antennas… Everyone immediately imagines I don't know what. For example “Pole for antennas for receiving TV and radio signals” sounds more acceptable.
I started this thread before 10 years. So I gave up, but a year ago I got into it again. After the papers, ktore stali snad tolko co ten stoziar, I am finally waiting for the construction permit to be issued… Another thing is that what is valid in one city will not be valid in another, each building office interprets the law differently.PeterGuestHi Marian, thanks for the info. I read the spatial plan and this is exactly what I came across. Unfortunately, I didn't read it until the clerk beat me to it. I'm still going to apply, let me have a possible negative opinion in writing on paper. If only I had known all this in advance, I also wouldn't mention to her that it will be a mast for a radio amateur antenna and that it will also broadcast from it. An acquaintance advised me that I should have brought the mast to the meteorological station. I don't know what to do now, because he already remembers my name and now when I apply for the meteorological mast, it will be seen that I am speculating. I am completely disappointed with the attitude of the clerk and her arrogant behavior. She didn't even want to have a constructive conversation with me, she threw me right out the door. But I will try to submit it in writing and also provide photos of the surroundings where it will be seen that the surrounding houses are tall and right behind the house I have fields and hills.
MarianGuestDon't forget all the papers you need for this.
- sign with a red stamp
- static report with a red stamp
- binding opinion on the project documentation (district office, Department of Environmental Care)
- if the type of land you are going to build on is not available “built-up porches and courtyards” but e.g. gardens, you also need a rental application:
- na mesto poslat “Request for spatial planning information (statement on the functional use of the land from the point of view of the city's spatial planning documentation)
- when you receive a statement from the city, send it to the district office (land and forest department) “request for the issuance of an opinion on the use of agricultural land
for non-agricultural purposes - to change the type of land to 15 m2 (one-time change)) and attach the statement of the city from the previous point
- the construction worker can then come up with something for that purpose, ine…
If you receive a negative opinion, don't forget that it must be watered down. If you don't file an appeal, you will pay it – even if it were illegal…
