Year after year came together and Letný is here again QRP VHF race. This year it falls on Sunday, August 5, 2012, between 07:00 and 13:00 UTC. The propositions are the same. Send the competition diaries to the address qrp(zavináč)seznam.cz.
The race is announced for all stations from all countries as international. I will again welcome competitors from other states to diversify the racing peloton.
To, čo zostalo nezmenené napriek sľubom v Holiciach dva roky po sebe, je zavádzajúca informácia na webe ČRK. Tentoraz to ide skôr na vrub webmastera, ktorý neaktualizoval sekciu Contesting – stále sa tam dajú nájsť „novinky“ z roku 2008.
I invite all radio amateurs to the race without interference, without loaded cars with equipment, without several days of building a workplace. Everything you need fits in your backpack. I am currently sending an order for nice weather (for those interested: svatypetr@nebe.org
), so don't forget something against the sun and plenty of fluids.
I ask those who will not go to the QRP race not to disturb the participants of the QRP race with their powerful transmitters. After all, on the hills there will be devices that we see more like intermediate frequencies in the microwave bands - and they are not very selective.
