High voltage ceramics?

I'm trying to build a transmatch with switched capacitors. It is clear, that ordinary ceramics at 50V cannot be used. They can be supplied at a maximum of 500V or at 1kV from 100pF upwards. Before I reach for the pieces of RG58 coax – Does anyone know the supplier of the design on 2 kV under 100 pF?
